OPEN GYM DROP-IN MEMBERSHIP - This membership gives you access to our open gym hours, open daily, as well as all the added members discounts and benefits. 

Class Access - Attend over 20+ classes per week, with a huge variety to choose from. Catering for all levels and abilities. Bookings through our CHF app. 

Open Gym Access - Members only access to our gym space and equipment for your own training. Bookings essential within selected times. 

Online Community Access - Our exclusive members only Facebook page, where we share workouts, health and nutrition advice, as well as members only promotions and events.

Infrared Discount - As members, you have access to a special booking code giving you $15 off our normal sauna rate. Members rate multi-pass packages are also available. 

Massage Therapy Discount - As members, you have a discounted rate when booking in with our in-house massage therapist. 

Merchandise Discount - Members rates apply to selected merchandise, equipment, health care products and supplements available in-studio. 

Members special on Seminars - We, along with our partners run seminars and workshops. As members you will get special rates and priority access to these events we run throughout the year.
