Full Body

AMRAP Builder = As Many Rounds As Possible Building RepsComplete each exercise for 1 rep, then repeat the round for 2 reps each, then 3 reps. Keep building up until the time is reached.

WOrkout of the day

AFAP = As Fast As PossibleComplete the Workout once as fast as possible. Take note of your time, then retest yourself at a later date to try to beat you previous time.Challenge to complete this set within the Time Cap

Full Body

EMOM = Every Minute on the MinuteComplete the exercises within 60sec, the time you have remaining is your break. Immediately start the next round at the end of the 60sec

core

Complete the Reps specified Sets. Take a 30-45sec break between each round, and a 60sec break between each set.Make sure you focus on each rep instead of rushing to get it finished.
