CHF End-of-Blitz Party Sumer 2024

CHF Summer Blitz Bootcamp made its return since the shut-down of Covid 4 years ago (putting a halt to Blitz halfway through in 2020 as well!).

We were fortunate enough to receive a great turnout throughout the 8 weeks of the program with new clients experiencing Bootcamp and Veterans returning to their beloved.

Our End-of-Blitz Party wrapped it all up at Towradgi Beach Hotel with awards given out to recognise the hard workers of the group. But nonetheless everyone gave it their all.

We cant wait to bring back the second Bootcamp of the year later in the 3rd quarter!

CHF Christmas Party 2023

The CHF Studio was the home for the Community Christmas Party this year! It was a scorcher of a day but we loved seeing everyone come out to enjoy a nice and relaxing celebration. Catered by the Chicken Man Van and a grazing board set up by the H.O.F Nelson, we were able to give back to the community and thank them for their ongoing support. The Classic CHF Awards recognised those who had an amazing year of growth both personally and within their reach of the community.

We always love hosting this party, and look forward to brining on a strong 2024!💪

CHF Christmas Party 2022

What a way to wrap up the year! The Christmas Party held at the Novotel once again featured the community hanging up the active wear for a change of formal and fancy. The CHF awards saw some new faces take out the prestigious titles whilst there were a couple of winners that just consistently own the category. All in all everyone had the best time in with great food, great music and dancing!

Pinot & Pilates! (November 2022)

Friday the 18th of November we held a Pinot & Pilates evening which started with our Pilates class run by our instructor Elise! There were some new faces in the class who challenged themselves with a new format of training.

After putting in the hard work, Carlson set up a nice spread of cheeses, meats, dips, crackers, and fruit a long with the cherry on top some nice Pinot Wine!

Everyone had a great time especially with this reward that followed!

The Avengers have nothing on us haha They have a Hulk we have a ____ (insert equivalent strongest CHF team member 😉).

I love team days like this and am so thankful for you all! If you told me 11 years ago that I’d build and be part of an amazing team of humans, now numbering in the double digits, I wouldn’t believe you. This little “side gig” of mine started with the goal of just getting a couple of PT sessions and fill some boxing classes. I’m truly blessed that I get to see, mentor and grow with these guys week in, week out. CHF has and always will be bigger then just me; built on our community, the O.G’s of the past, to the very lineup you see in front of you.

This was a great day to recharge our batteries! We can’t wait to see all your faces this coming week and finish this year strong 💪🏽

A Formal night of all nights to celebrate CHF's 10 Years. Time to kick back and party for another awesome year with the CHF Community! Everyone looked amazing dressed up, something we all missed since coming out of lockdown!

CHF Christmas Party 2020

The CHF Party which combined a celebration of the year that had finished as well as revealing to the community the opening of the new gym space at Chapman Street! We had a great time filled with dance numbers, awards and of course the raffle to which everyone had a great time chilling out in the sun!
