- 3 Functional training spaces, including a newly renovated outdoor area, a fully equipped main gym and function open space class room.- In-house Reformer Pilates studio.- Infrared sauna and recovery room.- In-house Beautician & Massage Therapist.- Yoga, stretch and meditation classes.- VALD Force Plate Fitness Testing.- Evolt 360 Body Scanner.- In-house Café with coffee, smoothies, snacks and yummy food.- Large open deck and seating area.- Secure on-site car park, private bathroom and change room facilities.- In-house store filled with merchandise, healthcare products, supplements and fitness/recovery accessories.- Variety of weekly specialty classes with casual, multi pass and membership options.- Members only open gym access. - Membership benefits such as workshops/seminars, loyalty rewards and discounts across all services. - Registered NDIS provider.- An amazing network of associated business partners.- Specialty personal trainers- A community of amazing human beings and a dedicated team that are there for you
