1. What makes CHF different from other gyms?
We’re a community first, gym second. Expect personal support, structured programs, and a team that actually knows your name—not just your member number.
2. Do I need to be fit before I join?
Not at all. That’s literally why we’re here. Every session is scalable to your current level, whether you’re brand new or already smashing PBs.
3. What types of training do you offer?
We run strength & conditioning classes, high-energy Bootcamps, personal training, and specialty challenges like the Blitz Bootcamp.
4. How do I get started?
Just reach out to us online, drop in, or chat with our team. We’ll book you in for your first session and set you up with everything you need.
5. What should I bring to a session?
Comfortable clothes, sneakers, a towel, and a water bottle. Bring your best effort too—we’ll handle the rest.
6. Do you offer personal training?
Yes! We have experienced coaches ready to design a program tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
7. How much does membership cost?
We have a few different options depending on how often you train. Chat with us in-studio or online for the latest pricing.
8. Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Life happens. We have flexible options for suspending or adjusting your membership—just give us a heads up.
9. Do you run challenges or events?
Absolutely. From bake-offs 🍰 to step challenges to our Blitz Bootcamps, we love mixing training with community fun.
10. Do you offer nutrition advice?
Yes. Our coaches can help with nutrition basics, habit coaching, and accountability to make sure your training sticks.

12. Can I bring a friend or family member?
Yes, please! We encourage it. Training’s better together, and we’ve got referral perks too.
13. Is parking available?
Yes—free parking is available right outside the gym.
14. What’s the vibe like?
Friendly, supportive, and a little bit competitive in the best way. Expect encouragement, laughs, and the occasional bad playlist request. 🎶
