MOBILITY

Improve your joint mobility through a range of stretches and exercises to increase your range of motion. Combining stretching with slow and controlled Pilates exercises you will improve your stability and balance. Mobility is suitable for all clients and is pregnancy friendly.
JUMP

This energetic and fun workout combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with plyometric exercises to improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness. The jump board is a great way to increase the intensity of the workout whilst minimising the impact on the joints.
