Join us on Sunday 22nd November from 11am to celebrate 15 Years of CHF and our Annual Christmas Party celebration with the community! Bring the family along for a fun-filled day with lots of activities, food, games, CHF Awards, and more.

Our CHF Bake-Off is back and we're thrilled to be holding a friendly competition amongst our members. Bring your best baked goods - sweet or savoury - to be in the running to win prizes!
*Please register your interest in the studio at the reception, and include an ingredient list with allergen information if you are participating.

We also have our Lolly Jar Guessing Game with the winner to be announced on the day - the winner will be rewarded a complimentary Contrast Therapy session!
To make your guess, simply fill out your predictions on the lolly jar guessing form in the studio reception.

Lastly, our CHF Raffle returns with more prizes to be given away! Head to our reception in studio to purchase your tickets, which are sold for $2 EACH.
