Find your equilibrium. At EQ, we believe that Pilates is a powerful tool for achieving physical equilibrium. Our modern and often sedentary lifestyles can create musculoskeletal imbalances and weaknesses. These imbalances can lead to poor posture, reduced strength and flexibility, and can result in injury.

Pilates helps correct muscular imbalances and promotes optimal muscle activation patterns. By targeting deep stabilising muscles, building core strength, improving flexibility, and promoting proper alignment, we can restore our equilibrium. Pilates improves posture, enhances body awareness, and helps to prevent and alleviate common issues such as back pain, neck tension and joint discomfort. 

We are committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where clients of all ages and fitness levels can feel part of a community and build a deeper mind-body connection. Smaller class sizes mean clients can expect more one-on-one attention in a group setting.
