I have been a member for approx 10 years and I don’t think I have had to do the same class twice. Never mundane and always hard work that doesn’t feel like hard work.

CHF is by far the BEST gym/community I have been a part of. All the trainers are wonderful people and they really push you to do your best! The variety of the classes, and intra-class variability keeps things fresh, and you're hard pressed to find yourself doing the same workout twice, which I love. If I hadn't started with the CHF bootcamps or signed on to be a member, I wouldn't have been able to be consistent with my fitness routine, or more importantly, have met the wonderful humans that are part of the team and community. It's not just a gym, it's community and family. Can't wait to get back after COVID

CHF is an extremely welcoming and well equipped fitness centre. Carlson and the team are professional and knowledgeable and cater to all levels of fitness. I started as a PT client of Alex’s and as someone who had never been to a gym before, I am now growing my strength and improving my health every week. Alex has personalized my regime to allow for and work on healing my existing injuries. I highly recommend CHF to anyone looking to start their fitness journey, right through to those looking for a serious advanced workout as well.

My first experience with CHF was just tagging along for a friend's pt and instantly got hooked because it felt like I'd already been there for years with how easy it was to feel at home. When I started with CHF in 2019 I had never attempted weight training in my life and had freshly recovered from multiple health issues yet Carlson and all the trainer's helped me step by step. I've trained with Rob in particular making an amazing friend throughout my whole time there and I made simple goals for myself yet I've surpassed those ten fold lifting weights I've never thought would be possible, to the point where I'm happy with everything about myself and was able to play my first season of sport in 7 years from my growth. I would recommend CHF with all their classes, trainer's, info/support and recovery to anyone I can.

I've been a member I've been a member of CHF for over 5 years now and I can honestly say it's the best fitness choice I've made in my life. Burned out with the 24/7 gym in the area that treated me like number I joined CHF with the purpose of working on my powerlifting and cutting down my weight. Carlson not only coached me on my technique, but also introduced me to new methods of training through various classes and boot camps. Under his guidance I've dropped 50kg of body fat, completed a Tough Mudder, seen marked improvement in my health, and embraced fitness as a way of life. At CHF its more then a gym, its a a way of life. Carlson and the team all care about our own personal fitness journeys and support a thriving community of online and real world classes, challenges, events, and social gathering. I can't recommend this gym and the trainers enough.

This gym is a great place to go to better yourself and gain an understanding of fitness techniques. I started off going to Rob's PT, where I learnt how to do specific weight lighting techniques. He has shown me how to do deadlift and clean and jerk. He has given me goals to improve and better myself by steps to achieve these goals. He is a great trainer who is always there to help you. He caters to whatever fitness goals I want to achieve. Some days I want to focus on lifting, others on boxing and cardio. Following this and gaining my confidence with Rob PTs, I joined the fitness group sessions. I enjoy the interpersonal and family-like atmosphere of this gym and the group classes that they put on. There is a range of different class options to partake in such as cross-fitness, cardio, stretching, mediation, boxing, lower body and core.
