Carlson Hizon Fitness (CHF) is a great community of fitness practitioners & allied services. Such an amazing gym and community!  Prior to joint CHF I was huge gym anxiety but the CHF team are so welcoming and supportive and really made me feel confident and comfortable at the gym!
